Katy Perry is offering fans another glimpse into her relationship with boyfriend Justin Trudeau. On March 11, the “Last Friday Night” singer posted an Instagram photo dump that included a few candid moments featuring the former Prime Minister of Canada.
In the fourth slide of the carousel, Trudeau is seen sitting at a dining table wearing a navy sweater while holding a green star made of pipe cleaner. He was also wearing a pipe cleaner crown on his head.
Later in the post, the Teenage Dream artist included a selfie of the pair taken from a low angle, showing them leaning over the phone together as Perry made a funny face. She captioned the collection of photos, “You are the treasure you seek.”

The post ended on a playful note; The final slide featured a meme of Hello Kitty with text that read: “patiently waiting for my bf to finish his big boy business stuff so we can call.”
The social media update comes several months after Perry and Trudeau made their official Instagram debut as a couple in December 2025. They first sparked dating rumors in July 2025 after they were spotted together in Montreal.
By October 2025, sources close to the couple began sharing details about their connection. One insider told People that Trudeau had been making a strong effort to spend time with the singer while she was on a world tour last year.

“He’s shown that he’s committed and really cares about spending time with her,” the source said. “It’s clear that he values the connection, and so does Katy. She’s in a great place.”
The insider also told the outlet that the relationship came as a surprise to Perry, who was previously in a relationship with Orlando Bloom, with whom she has a daughter, Daisy Dove.
“Dating Justin is something she never saw coming, but she’s really enjoying this surprising life twist,” the source said.

Another insider added that, despite their busy schedules, the couple continues to prioritize their time together.
“They both have busy schedules but make time for each other and have a really strong connection,” another source said. “Katy didn’t expect to fall for somebody so soon, but Justin checks all the boxes. He has a great sense of humor, he’s charming and treats her with respect.”
