He trailed 0-2 in the second set, but turned it around. In the second round, Michelsen defeated Humbert in three tight sets after playing for almost three hours. Michelsen upset Fritz in the third round in straight sets. He trailed 1-4 in the second set tiebreak and saved one set point, but turned it around.
Best Bet to Make
According to the bookies, Medvedev is the favourite in this matchup, and we agree. He leads 3-0 in head-to-head meetings against Michelsen and has just defeated him in Brisbane recently in straight sets under similar conditions. We expect Medvedev to be a better player and to get a straight-sets win.

He ended up winning the match in three tight sets, after losing the second set 1-6.
Jack Draper has won four of his last five matches. Last week in Dubai, the Brit lost to Rinderknech in the 1/8-Finals in three tight sets. He is the defending champion here. Last season, Draper defeated Rune in the final in straight sets. This week in Indian Wells, the Brit defeated Bautista-Agut in the opening match in three sets, after losing the opening set 3-6. In the third round, Draper defeated Cerundolo in straight sets. He trailed 0-2 in the second set, but turned it around.
Best Bet to Make
According to the bookies, this will be an almost 50-50 matchup, but we disagree. Djokovic is in great form and enjoys playing in Indian Wells. On the other hand, Draper still needs time to get back to his best level after an injury break. We expect Djokovic to be a better player tonight.
That being said, Djokovic winning is a value bet.
