The 43-year-old film producer-director operates from a modest office which is just of 700 sq. ft. dimension. And if you thought, he must be having an army of staffers to run his office, you are widely off the mark. For, Aditya and elder brother Lokesh Dhar have just seven staff members on the roster. This includes a qualified person to handle legal matters, another to take care of marketing, a creative producer and an accountant.
Clearly, Dhar believes in quality more than quantity.
