Ram Charan’s next release, Peddi, is a rural sports drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana. Featuring Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, the film is slated to hit cinemas on June 4, 2026.
Cinematographer R. Rathnavelu recently revealed an interesting detail about Janhvi Kapoor’s character in the film. She will be seen as Achiyyamma, the daughter of an MLA played by Rao Ramesh.
The film also features Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyendu Sharma, and Boman Irani in key roles. Music is composed by A. R. Rahman, while the pan Indian biggie is being bankrolled by Vriddhi Cinemas.
