In December, outlets such as Page Six reported that the couple allegedly had plans to host their wedding at Ocean House in Rhode Island on June 13, 2026. Swift and Kelce allegedly paid off a couple that already booked the venue for that date, according to Page Six, but Ocean House denied the claim.
Ocean House — which was restored by Greenwich couple Charles Royce and his wife, Deborah, in the early 2000s — told CT Insider via email that it “would not and is not allowing another party or entity to buy a wedding group out of a contracted wedding date.”
Luxury event designer Tara Guérard said in an Instagram comment earlier this month that she is a wedding planner for an event on June 13 at Ocean House, and Swift is not the bride for her event.
Rumors about Swift and Kelce hosting their wedding in Rhode Island started shortly after the couple’s engagement, due to Swift owning a mansion in Westerly. The 1904 property served as the inspiration for the song “The Last Great American Dynasty” on her 2020 album “folklore.”
Swift and Kelce have not shared any details publicly about where or when their wedding will be, but Page Six reported on April 9 that the couple has sent out save-the-dates for a July 3 wedding in New York City.
Kelce’s sister-in-law Kylie Kelce said in an April 2 episode of her podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” that she doesn’t “have any details” about the Swift-Kelce wedding at all.
“Quit asking me and me and my mother-in-law about upcoming nuptials,” she said during the podcast episode. “Nobody’s (expletive) telling you anything.”
