Liverpool blew two-goal and one-goal leads on Saturday to draw with Leeds United.

Before Saturday, there was already pressure on Slot from supporters amid the dire run of form and his team selection choices.

As expected, though, the Reds faithful have grown even angrier after watching their side’s latest implosion.

Liverpool fans urge FSG to sack Arne Slot

FSG would need to pay around £15m to sack Slot, and fans have now taken to social media to demand that happens.

These are just some of the many, many messages from fans directed at FSG post-Leeds.

Jamie Redknapp disagrees with calls to sack Arne Slot

However, while it probably would make a lot of sense to start assessing their options, FSG are not known for sacking managers, and Jamie Redknapp thinks they should stick with the Dutchman.

Speaking live on Sky Sports’ coverage of the fixture, he said: “I’ve heard some absolute nonsense this week [about Slot’s future].

“He deserves a lot more respect.”

While it’s true that Slot won Liverpool their second Premier League title earlier this year, how long can this form really continue?

They are firmly out of the title race, and another worrying stat has now emerged post-Leeds.

Since the start of last season, only Bournemouth and Leicester City (both 16) have conceded two or more goals in more away games in the Premier League than Liverpool (15).
