Bhagwant Mann, AAP’s Lok Sabha member from Sangrur in Punjab has made sure he leaves no stone unturned in Parliament to constantly ask the BJP of when would Acche Din (good day) return to the country.
The comedian turned lawmaker used satire in Parliament last week to question BJP MPs who launched the “Achche Din slogan during its election campaign.
In a yellow turban and a kurta-pyjama, Mann posed questions for the saffron party over issues of rising prices of fuel, sugar and railway fares.
He also pointed out at Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj’s not-so effective efforts in bring back stranded Indians from Iraq.
Also, he did rhyme his words with the issue of black money which Modi government plans to bring back. Arun Jaitley was also present in the House.
The 42-year-old MP said his party would keep raking up these issues in Parliament & on the streets without fearing of being caned by ruling party at the Centre or the State.
