As reported earlier about Vicky Kaushal being roped in for the Hindi remake of Tamil film ‘Veeram’. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Farhad Sanji the film was titled as ‘Land Of Lungi. However, as per the latest reports Vicky who was very keen to be a part of this project, cannot go ahead with it because of date issues.

Before Vicky, Akshay Kumar was approached for the role but due to date issues even he couldn’t come on board. The Khiladi had only suggested Vicky name for the project. Seems like the makers will now have to find new options.

On the professional front, Vicky already has quite a number of films in his pockets for the coming year. His dates are packed especially with the ‘Udham Singh’ biopic which will be shot over the next year.

Also, he will be seen in Karan Johar’s ‘Takht’ that is all set to go on floors in January 2020. Apart from that, he also stars in Bhanu Pratap Singh’s untitled horror movie, ‘Bhoot’ and Meghna Gulzar’s next.
