Daniel Radcliffe is continuing in his journey to move as far away from Harry Potter as possible with huge success.
New film Guns Akimbo might be his wildest film yet – an action comedy in which he plays a video game developer who discovers he’s a participant in a death match that’s being live streamed on the internet.
His character wakes up with a pair of guns bolted to his hands and is forced to kill his way out.
The film’s official synopsis reads: “Director Jason Lei Howden (Deathgasm) foretells of a future that may soon await us: drone-captured live feeds, UFC-like competitions pushed to an extreme, and online streaming platforms used for gladiatorial entertainment all around the world. As Miles navigates the underworld of Skizm, the stakes — and the ratings — have never been higher.”
Guns Akimbo also stars Samara Weaving and Ned Dennehy.
